  • What do I need to bring to lessons?
    Please bring a swimsuit, towel and goggles. Swim caps are required at some venues (silicone or fabric) and optional at others. Check your booking confirmation for details.
  • What if I am scared of the water?
    Don’t worry. Our instructors specialise in helping nervous and first-time swimmers. Swimming Nature’s methodology is proven to develop confident and happy swimmers, starting with learning to float and placing our heads in the water.
  • I have a health condition, are swimming lessons suitable for me?
    Some health conditions can preclude you from swimming, while others can see benefits from regular time in the water. If you are unsure, please contact us using the form below, and we’ll get back to you!
  • I want to train for a competition. How many sessions would I need?
